2/7 While all of these talented players deserve attention, the ONE name that catches attention is Teun Koopmeiners. He is the ONLY midfielder on the list. Age 23 he is already the captain of AZ Alkmaar.

3/7 Offensive Output - He is the second highest per90 goal scoring MF in the Eredivisie. Teun has scored 15 goals this season and although 7 have been from the penalty spot, this just shows the leadership qualities he’s got in the team. Not bad for a 23-year-old Central MFs.

4/7 He is in the 99th and 90th percentiles for Goals and Shots On Target compared to other MFs in the Eredivisie this season.

5/7 Passing Output - Teun has 5 assists, over 1980 total passes, 31 key passes and 57 pass accuracy (per game). He is in the 78th, 98th and 59th percentile for Assists, Total Passes, and Key Passes respectively. He is also second in the league for Pass Accuracy (per game).

6/7 Defensive Output – to complete the picture it is evident that he is a well-versed player in each phase with his Defensive metrics. He is in the 88th, 91st, 54th and 56th percentiles for Tackles, Blocked Shots, Interceptions and Won Duels.

7/7 VS Top 5 Leagues - Here is how he fares against MFs with 500+ min from the Top 5 Leagues. This sort of performance could certainly get him a transfer, no? With an estimate market value of around 20mill Euros ( @Transfermarkt) he looks like a bargain.
