okay so here we have the first letter, “city of stone” is probably liyue as it’s the geo nation, “snowstorms of the north” is without a doubt snezhnaya and by “dandelions and wine” he means mondstadt. now you might think that there’s nothing much to this letter BUT+

the fact that the writer asks about that info means that they haven’t seen the other nations WHICH MEANS that this person is most likely from inazuma because there is a travel ban- no one is allowed to leave nor enter. BUT as we all know, scaramouche is from inazuma and+

a fatui harbinger at the same time (which means he escaped inazuma), so i think kazuha wrote these letters to scara so he can ask him about the world and if he’s doing well because as we can see it looks like they are close

NOW THE SECOND LETTER: is this more inazuma lore? we don’t know anything about a war happening in inazuma YET but it will make sense considering the fact that the electro archon refuses to give electro visions because they are afraid that theyll be overthrown. a war is a perfect+

trigger for that right? “but now, each and every one trembles under Her Excellency’s thundering wrath” NOW i have a few things to say about this:
the fact that he wrote “now” means that it was a war between the people and the archon but they lost the war and now+

they tremble upon “Her Excellency’s thundering wrath”. here we see the way he addressed said person. but i want your attention somewhere else. her “thundering wrath”. thundering. that means it is in fact the electro archon. now you can say “well this can be the tsaritsa as well”+

but this is where you’re wrong. in childe’s voice line he says the tsaritsa’s name, “Her Royal Highness the Tsaritsa” which means he’s not afraid to say her name from what we saw, the people of inazuma are afraid of their archon, too scared to even say her name, possibly+
