1. Regular vs vegetarianism
My personal favorite, A regular of ours said she hasn’t had a burger in awhile and I go “haha me either... cause I’m vegetarian” and then she proceeds to lecture me to never have kids with such a lifestyle. damn I didn’t want kids but ok...

2. Secret menu
Former barista asks if I knew the secret menu to which I tell him that most of it is made up on social media so unless he has the recipes we don’t know. He then says “well when I was a barista I knew it”... like ok sir I don’t fucking care.

3. Waiting
a couple complained about how long they had to wait when they only had to normally wait a few minutes when they came in. LOL my bad I’ll just put your drink in front of 30 other peoples

4. Waiting pt. II
Man orders a mobile drink and walks in a minute later expecting it to be done. Sits there for another minute and gets angry cause he’s been waiting for “too damn long”...

5. No cash??
Man hands a 100$ Bill to me (for a 2$ drink) and then gets angry when we didn’t have enough change for him (we literally had just switched our cash drawers too making it impossible to give change), then proceeded to ask for the manager.

moral of this thread is to please be patient and understand that if you see a long line outside (we had a long line coming from TWO roads, nonstop mobile orders and constant walk in customers) you’re gonna have to wait a little. I love my job but today was hell...
