The election was certified meaning that even though the election was fraudulent, the process by which Congress certified it was not. Constitutional scholars, please weigh in: would it take an Act of Congress to reverse the certification? Or a Supreme Court decision?

And if an Act of Congress were needed, wouldn’t there be a shortfall of support? What if the Supreme Court declared the certification inaccurate but not unconstitutional? What if SCOTUS declared Biden an unconstitutional president but Dem House&Senate passed a law declaring ...
