If every MLS original eventually rebrands to being <CityName+/-United+/-SCorFC>

is there anything special or unique at all about MLS,

or is it just a shitty, off-brand copycat of European soccer?
So far we've lost:
- Dallas Burn
- Miami Fusion
- Kansas City Wiz
- Montreal Impact
- NY/NJ MetroStars
possibly - Columbus Crew

Teams added recently:
- Minnesota United
- Atlanta United
- Orlando City
- Inter Miami
- Nashville SC
- Austin SC
- FC Cincinnatti
- St. Louis SC
- NYCFC
- Charlotte FC

I mean, it's an insult to the roots of the league.

It's an insult to being creative and different.

What I love most about MLS is the ability to be a little rough around the edges and 'of the fans'.

The slicker and more homogenous and corporate it gets, the more refined by marketing teams and branding consultants

the less inclined I am to be invested.
