A TECHNO HEADCANON THREAD because it's my Twitter account and I get to pick the content

Techno's hoof hands make a clacking noise when he closes his fingers quickly, and he can make it REALLY loud if he wants to (it's sorta like his version of snapping). Alternatively he does it more quietly as a stim when he's bored or even when he's nervous

I just learned the word and I think it fits them very well, Phil and Techno are very queerplatonic and have been mistaken for dating/husband's by people who don't know them well

It took Techno months to feel comfortable in the overworked, blues (soulfire) and greens (warped fungus) scare piglins and while he's over the fear now, it took a WHILE for him to not wig out every time he went outside

Piglins are denser than humans. Literally. It's part of why Techno can take as many hits as he does, weapons don't pierce as far on him as they would for others, so the same attack actually does less damage to him than a human.

Zombies and zombie piglins make him REALLY nervous because he's a piglin in the overworld. He knows he's safe but they make him anxious all the same (There is a reason he doesn't turn but that's spoilers for my fic)

His crown was a prize for winning 1000 matches in a row at hypixel. He completed the look afterwards because style

He has a stash of shiny things hidden in his place. Like a crow. They're largely worthless (the valuables are kept somewhere else) so the stash is kept secret cuz it's low-key embarrassing. Phil knows though. Because he is also crow.

His name in directly translated from Piglin is actually "Little Blade". It's a piglin insult that turned into his name (like Hiccup from httyd). When he was learning English and Phil asked for his name the first time he instead gave "Technoblade" which is a half translation

The "blade" is directly translated, while 'Techno' is the English pronunciation (NOT translation) of the piglin word meaning something akin to 'unstoppable' in Piglin. No one knows this. Not even Phil. It is a secret he will take to his grave.
