Since everyone has a strong opinion on Punk copyright license, and seemingly no one has even bothered to google it, I did. Here's a thread on my findings (1 of 6):

(4 of 6) ...It states that owners have license to "reproduce, display, transmit and distribute images of the(ir) CryptoPunk through all media now known or hereinafter developed." Derivative works and commercial usage rights are not expressly mentioned, prohibited or restricted.
