1. Why
If you don't believe in yourself nobody else will ever believe in you. If you're looking to accomplish big things you need for lack of a better term "big" confidence. Without self-belief there is no success story.

2. Affirmations
Sounds dumb, I know. But they work... you won't notice a change day one or more than likely week one, but continual practice you'll look back and realize the progress you've made.

3. Talk to strangers
Also sounds dumb, I'm well aware
but it rlly works. If you're nervous about picking up girls/guys the only way to stop that fear is to talk to... you guessed it, girls and guys. It's scary but worth it. Eventually you'll become more confident in yourself

4. Call Random Companies
If you think you don't sound confident when you speak then cold call random companies and ask them questions about their business. Say you're a student doing a research study or something and ask questions about their business. You'll gain confidence.

5. Stop saying negative things about yourself
Obviously easier said than done, but it can be done. Every time you say something negative about yourself catch yourself and start saying something positive. Eventually you'll only be saying positive things.

6. Start lifting weights/ exercising
I'm not a "BRO" type of guy. Not rlly bulky or anything but I have been going to the gym recently and lemme tell you, these veins are poppin out like spider-man's webs
. After you exercise you feel confident, it's just a fact

7. Start eating healthier
I'm also not a vegan or vegetarian all i'm saying is can we not eat a whole sleeve of Oreos? Not have ice cream EVERY night? You know, pick up a piece of fruit every ONCE in a while. You'll start feeling less sluggish and have more energy.

8. Start making money
Nothing makes you feel better than having some money in your pocket. Nothing better than when the guy at Chipotle tells you it's extra for queso and you say "I know, add it anyway." Confidence galore.
