And the reason why Ron DeSantis and the Fla GOP are so against COVID passports isnt so much about "freedom" as it is because their base is mostly anti-vaxxers who don't want to be penalized for being morons.

But I absolutely love the idea of dipshit anti-vaxxers being excluded from many daily activities. I don't want to be out and about with them. As the kids say, play stupid games win stupid prizes.

I promise you there wasn't a family that was more cautious about covid than mine. I'm asthmatic. I take a pile of medications every day and get allergy shots (2 in each arm weekly.)

My son did online schooling first semester last year. My wife began working home in March and stayed until January. We didn't go *ANYWHERE*

Bought most groceries on Instacart. Switched my RXs to Amazon because they deliver to my house. We didn't leave for anything. We've been super cautious.

I got my shots literally the first week it was available to me back in Feb. My wife got her second a month ago and my son got his second on Fri (as an athlete I have concerns about his long term side effects from potential COVID.)

But now? We're fucking out and about. Got a long delayed family vacation next month with other trips in the books. Restaurants? Shit, we've been hitting them all. I even bought a Costco membership

So if you're too much of an asshole yo get a stupid shot then go fuck yourself and stay home or get covid. Whatever. My family is one of millions who paid the price so that we could beat this thing. Id you didn't then you don't get the rewards. Sorry.
