Mental Training and Pacing

A thread on tips from the AHC for the lives you’re living (or the upcoming votings) on competitiveness and handling pressure.

#AHCThreads
The world is filled with billions of people and humans are known to have different personalities, traits, characteristics and identities.

In terms of competitiveness, people pull their motivation from a wide array of things. This is completely normal. (1/n)
With the upcoming votings for the BBMAs, here are some tips on how you can remind yourself to fight, work hard and conquer.

Do this together with BTS and the ARMY. (2/n)
Some thrive on being competitive, knowing that there are “opponents” or another variable that may affect the result.

Use this as a push that your tasks need hard work to be able to conquer your opponents. It is not a battle alone, but more so a battle together. (3/n)
Some people do better when they are at peace. Knowing that there is a mission and pushing through to complete the said mission.

Remind yourself of the goal and the finish line, find ways to motivate yourself. (4/n)
No matter what context it may be, pressure is a part of life and is inevitable. BUT, it varies on how you handle it.

If pressure motivates you, push yourself and think of the consequences. If not, then just take it day by day and remind yourself of your tasks. (5/n)
Pacing is the key to it all, may it be about the content releases, merchandise or voting.

Pace yourself and create your own pathway. We as a community do look at the same goal. But creating a roadmap that suits you is what matters the most. (6/n)
Build that roadmap, step by step for yourself. Manage your time and allow yourself to lurk through the web, to vote, to watch a movie, to study, to work.

We have lives to live and that’s the reality. Prevent adding burden yourselves as much as you can. (7/n)
Some may think that this is petty because it’s about votings, but think about it. Reflect back on your life goals and put that into context while reading this thread.

We’re here to remind you that it’s okay to be different. You are human. You are loved. (8/n)
Most of all, we continuously remind you to take good care of yourselves and your families.

Health truly is wealth, and its not a controlling factor that keeps our lives together. (9/n)
We will work together, ARMY. We’ll be with you and BTS, every step of the way.

Sending you all the love, and wishing us all the best of luck. We got this! 💜
