If you see someone struggling, be kind.

Listen. Do something kind. Ask what would help.

If you don't have spoons to offer help yourself, see if someone else can.

A little kindness can do wonders.

You're unlikely to be able to fix someone's problems with a tweet. But a little kindness, listening, can help someone get through a difficult moment.
