No time to do a quick 3D model edit so puro reklamo/hanash muna (will work on 3D model offline). This intersection is one of the most neglected and dangerous crossings in Manila if not for the blue boys chilling along the center island (intersections in Pandacan only ranks 2nd).
Little to no pedestrian and bike infra provided after the MMS-3 Quirino Ave. segment was accomplished (Note: area looks worse after MMS-3 segment). Curb cuts are so wide that no pedestrian can be seen waiting along the sidewalk.
Pedestrian experience definitely got worse especially when 2 of the skyway piers blocked the pedxing (it's so absurd!!). One street was closed off from vehicle access (perhaps to prepare for construction of another pier).
There's an on-going construction along the PNR line so I've assumed this is the exit ramp for Quirino segment (correct me if Im wrong). If it is, more volume is expected to be introduced in our area.
More volume + no ped&bike infra = higher possibility of road conflicts/crashes, accessibility is reduced, lower quality of life, the usual '10 min. walk to the market' will now become a nightmare. Every resident loses except the car owners.
What can be done?

The local govt. together with DPWH can provide a single multi-directnl. bike lane along Pedro Gil and on each side of the Quirino Ave. Best place to locate the md bike lane is along the east-bound side of the road since Paco Market+PNR station
is located on this side. There's also less minor roads along this part, so less merging traffic to block/cut-off the bike lane. It's also best for the LGU to open the Figueroa for ped+bike only thoroughfare so that peds+bikers hav more options for their route.
It can also be a secondary branch for Paco Market given that a number of regular street vendors were evicted from the Paco Market. This could even encourage local commercial devt., LGU can impose affordable 'rent' and gain revenue. If coupled with better access from Pandacan
through better ped and bike infra, Pandacan residents will also hav a more accessible town market vs. Paco Market which is half a km further. There's so much needing improvement in this area that the lack of safe spaces has been normalized.
I don't want to wake up one day that one of my family or friends have been involved in a car crash in this intersection before even the govt. takes action. I'll try to make a render for my proposed 'schematic' design for this during my free time.
Please feel free to point out the things I got wrong or if you guys hav a suggestion for this intersection.

I'll be off doing revenge break (gaming all night) because I wasnt able to do it during the weekends
