@GeoRebekah I have reviewed the accusations against you. It's very obvious to a tech like me that the charges against you are bogus. You would need admin rights on the DOH server to download employee info. You did not have those credentials on THAT server.
It seems to me that perhaps you accessed the DOH server with standard user credentials, and they are attempting to conflate that with hacking. Therefore, of course your IP would be known, but they will not be able to connect that with downloading employee info.

It's bogus.
It's possible that you could have the employee info on one of your devices, but unless they produce the actual database in the server's format from the server, they haven't got a leg to stand on.

An employee list is in the public domain.
Therefore, if they say that found hacked materials regarding employee info on one of your devices, have your lawyer confirm that that info is, or is not, in the format of the server's database.

He wills see it isn't. And if it is, check the meta data for the creation date.
If the creation date is after they took your devices, they are setting you up.

And I see a multi-million dollar lawsuit in the works.
