Don't say nation-state when you simply mean state. "Nation-state" carries implications of nationality and ethnic majority and has nothing to do with whether a _state_ (sovereign state government) is sponsoring, directing, tolerating cyber attacks.
I think a lot of people started saying and writing nation-state to imply that state meant a country, and not like...the State of Florida, which is the context that many laypeople in America would hear when you say "state". But nation-state is not accurate or needed in most cases.
And now back to coffee, synthesizers, and Apex Legends. (Try to tell me Valkyrie is not rad, cuz she is).
