There are now two pandemics: the one in vaccinated high-income countries and the one that continues to sweep the world where most people are unvaccinated. I& #39;m working with India, Bangladesh, Brazil, Nepal, Tanzania etc. 1/

One thing that seems to be helping is high-quality webinars on key topics such as prevention, triage, acute management in resource-poor settings, community support etc etc. 2/
