So, first off. The thing to do when you know an account is Nexus and he's on his bullshit again, is, for the most part-?

The only times you should ever comment on Nexus is if you're exposing an account as BEING him, or giving out any useful information on what he's doing. But other than that? Do not give him attention.

First off, Nexus is known for musing bitchy characters. Like, for example, Verosika. He does it because he loves to show off his toxic personality in-character, even while nobody knows it's him.

Second way to tell is the follower counts. He always has an extremely low number of accounts that he's following, and an extremely high number--

Third, he uses this hashtag. He doesn't ALWAYS use it, but this is an IMMEDIATE sign that the account is Nexus.

And now, here's how to tell a Nexus account from who he's impersonating.
Look at the pinneds. If he bothered to copy their pinned, it'll show that the real account's pinned was made BEFORE Nexus's pinned.
