@abhirajbhal @urbancompany_UC Hi Abhi, I had booked for AC servicing on Apr 12,21. However first transaction shown to be failed ( #fail1) with successful payment from my end. However I made second succesful transaction. When I checked with UC CC they agreed to receipt twice
After 8 days when no payment received I checked with them again but denied saying only one payment received ( #fail2). Them I checked with paytm for payment, they said both payment processed successfully. I sent transaction screen shot to UC team.
UC team found both payment n asked me to NEFT details. I had sent details on Apr 29. I got email from UC that no details received so closed ticket
( #fail3) I have emailed multiple times but no response. I had wrote a review on Google Play Store about disappoinment. I got immed

reply and refund â‚ą548 whereas as transaction was of â‚ą847 ( #fail4). I am wondering your system is faulty and need to update customer grivences. Highly disappointed.
Hi @Paytmcare I have made 2 transaction to @urbancompany_UC of â‚ą857 each. Both were successful, is it possible they have received only â‚ą548?
