Essential shops without air-conditioning- groceries, vegetable & fruits shops, food shops, meat and fish shops can all stay open till 12 noon in #puducherry

Banks will be close by 12 noon

Public transport (buses/ autos/ taxis) & private transport not permitted. Exemptions: travel for medical, emergency purposes, marriages, death of a key relative, interviews, examinations will be allowed.
