The launch time is 2:42 am EDT and will attempt to land for the tenth time on Just Read The Instructions.

PGO is 80. the only concerns are some scattered cumulus clouds at 2500 to 4000 feet. Booster recovery weather is low risk.

on the backup day the PGO is 70%(10% decrease) due to liftoff winds and those same cumulus clouds. Booster recovery weather risk increases to a medium level of risk.
