John Walker is a murderer who was born and bred to commit war crimes but he has humanity and genuinely wants to help.

Homelander is an evil power-tripping psychopath who doesn't care about anyone else but he is vulnerable

Omni-Man is the embodiment of the coloniser. He is LITERALLY a supremacist. He murders with no regard. He considers himself above everyone on a way even Homelander (a supremacist himself) couldn't begin to imagine.
