The problem is less than favorable conditions they are born into.

For some, it is a lack of leverage be it money, network, and geographical location.

A Person born in rural Africa doesn't have the same leverage as someone USA.

His daily survival is the first act of the day.
Few others, it is current commitments that tieing them back and pivoting from it.

Breaking the chains and finding the way out is easier said than done.

This means you have to grind your way out while working on satisfying your current role.
For few less unfortunate ones, it is a disability.

Keep in mind some disabilities are the real deal and living with them is a day-to-day struggle.

For them, winning the disability becomes life's goal.
Lack of direction and recognizing the problem.

The rest of the pack falls in this group suffer from sheep mentality, they often do not know why they do and the purpose.

Some do successfully work their way up but usually at the expense of their age, health, family life.
So what is the solution?

No BS answer is:

There isn't an easy cookie-cutter solution.

Every problem is unique and every solution will be different.

Neither you can abandon your current role, nor magically your fate changes overnight.
Working your way out is the only viable fix.

If it is related to:

1. Money -> Work hard, Find multiple incomes

2. Lack of direction -> Find a mentor

3. Location -> Move out

4. Health (if fixable) -> Wake up every day to become healthy

Thank you.
