Atma is connected to our Indriyas. The devtas attached to them are full of divine qualities therefore this jeevatma experiences these qualities. so this Samprasad jeevatma gets rid of the cover of ignorance and is mukt. It gets rid of sinful thoughts & vices.

It now is liberated from vices and experiences Nitya sukh or eternal happiness. Only the eligible attain this.

यथा॑ नो मि॒त्रो वरु॑णो॒ यथा॑ रु॒द्रश्चिके॑तति ।

यथा॒ विश्वे॑ स॒जोष॑सः ॥

Translation:

मित्र: - Mitra dev.

वरुण: - Varun dev.

न: - On our selves.

यथा - same.

चिकेतति - Know one's benevolence.

रूद्रः - Rudra dev.

सजोषश: - Equal love.

विश्वे - All.

Explanation: The way Mitra, Varun and Rudra dev always think about the welfare of Yajmans similarly other devtas should also think about the same.
