not to be harsh out of nowhere but the final space fandom is so insanely negative and entitled, i just wanna ask why you& #39;re even watching the show if you& #39;re only going to get mad about olan& #39;s creative decisions and refuse to accept anything less than your own headcanons

learn to have some boundaries and understand that just cause you deluded yourself into thinking little cato was the gay character doesn& #39;t mean it& #39;s a crime for him not to be. stop raising your expectations for things there& #39;s no proof of and maybe you won& #39;t get so upset

it& #39;s really infuriating to see these things olan and the rest of the writers put so much effort into and then only have people complain? like, hi! ash being canonically wlw is amazing and adorable, i& #39;m saying that AS A GAY MAN i think this is a better outcome

i& #39;d definitely classify myself as more of a casual final space fan but if your investment in the show is only causing you to get more and more upset when things don& #39;t go your way i think you need to take a step back and find something else to fixate on for a while.

and as a last sidenote, we knew the gay character was going to be gay for the purposes of a relationship, and as an adult i& #39;m really not interested in seeing a deep dive into a 14 year old& #39;s romantic life in a show aimed at adults. that& #39;s just not where my interests lie, sorry!
