sorry to break it to you, but in general, the higher the IQ, the less maternal drive women have. it doesn't mean it's nonexistent, only that it decreases.

and if you want to incentive high IQ births you're going to have to create policy around it

what has been SHOWN to work in the past, is to create environments where high IQ women can satisfy both their legacy drives and maternal drives. when they can do both, they usually have more kids. when they can't.. the usually forgo having more kinds

we can do this with better economy, maternity and paternity leave, incentives for keeping training up to date while women take time off to raise children, a number of different ways
