The key to success is about lifting people up, not pulling them down.

Grab a stiff drink, because here comes some truth you don't want to hear.

This life is hard af. Earning money and a career is even harder.

So 95% of people get to 40 years old and are pissed off.

They missed their goals and look at their life wishing they could have done more.

And they see others, a select few, who want more and have accomplished more.

And they try to pull them down to where they are.

Do you know anyone who has it all?

Time. Health. Relationships. Hobbies. Money Balance.

I know very few. I can count them on one hand out of the thousands of acquaintances I have.

Most people have a scarcity mindset.

If I make a dollar I have to take it from someone else.

And if someone else makes a dollar they might take it from me.

But this is holding everyone back.

It's turning human beings to crabs in a bucket.

The way for me to win is to beat down everyone else so I can rise up and be on top of the heaping pile of failure.

But do you know how you get ahead?

Hanging around successful people. Building relationships with people who add a shit load of value to the world.

Because guess what?

They'll throw some of that your way.

Do you know what helps?

When you add value to people's lives and turn regular people into successful people?

Maybe its just in one area.

Health. Relationships. Money.

But it adds up.

Because people with an abundance mindset add value to those around them in excess of what any one person needs to succeed.

And synergy takes over.

And you enter a new class of folks who continue to make each other smarter, healthier and richer.

But it all starts with you changing your attitude.

And being happy for others who are winning. And helping them win a little more.

And then winning a bit yourself.

People won't remember what you did.

But they'll always remember how you made them feel.

So make them feel like a successful badass at that one thing. And move them up a few notches. Make them feel like WINNERS.

And your world will open up.

But the sad truth remains.

95% of people are crabs in a bucket.

They are negative. They tell themselves they are losers. And they bring everyone down with them.

So if you grow up around them or find yourself hanging around a bunch of them...

You WILL BECOME one of them.

This is wrong and this is a scarcity mindset.
