Titled, “Cry out to You”

You understand me like no one else does
A seemingly intricate design of human flesh
Emotional being, You call me woman
Made in your image with intention
Brought forth through the rib of man
With my own purpose in Your flawless plan

Conquering my nature bringing forth holiness
Submission is Your love language
Obedient sons and daughters you crave
To worship you with an everlasting passion Fire ablaze, inferno with red, orange and blue hues alike

Through fire we are purified by Your Word
Galloping through this life to destinations unknown
You call out to me
Past times I’ve ignored, but this time I listen intently
Seeking You fervently, making me Your own
Your possession, the creation You realized from birth

My Abba is all knowing, knowing I need you for life
Subdue the pains and aches, kneading them away from strife
The light at my feet leading the way among this darkness
Placing Your guiding hand upon my life
I am made uncomfortable in Your sight

Seeds planted, sown unto fertile land
A veiled force, healing me from within
Self-medication isn’t sufficient
Your invisible touch magnifies the all consuming power that You hold
You are YAH

Sending upon me irrevocable love and compassion I haven’t felt before
The comforter that I’ve always needed
Contentment exudes from inside
The source of true peace
I wish others knew
All the secrets of life bundled tightly in You
Forever I’ll cry out to you
