other woman comments: "have you considered retiring? I don't know many still working in their 40s and 50s"

why am I even still in this group?

it's always completely off the rails

y'all think the women-in-eng backchannels are wild just wait

at least in eng there's a separate technical track

entirely an option to turn 40, get a short haircut, start wearing collared shirts, continue writing questionable code indefinitely

in these PM groups it's like if you're not a VP or at least a director by 40 you're human trash
