Great gravy, I just placed an order for 6 different board designs, 2 of which are 4 layers, for 3 different projects. Been a busy weekend!

I think this means that I’m feeling a whole lot better. (Can’t imagine why…) For the last several months, I’d sit at a computer and the brain would just shutdown. I WANT to work on a thing, but the brain just wouldn’t engage.

Today, 48 hours after Cindy’s successful surgery, she’s home and recovering like a champ, spent a lot of the day napping.

BUT SHES SAFE AND HEALTHY AND RECOVERING.

My brain, no longer in fight or flight mode, woke up, turned on, and engaged for the first time in what feels like months.

I made the most of it! Ordered boards for:
* My good headphone amp, with proper grounds and shielding, and RCA audio input boards for same
* My “ @KWF Vintage” headphone amp.
* The W6NBC double delta slot matching network boards

And now, I’m hacking firmware for a clock (WHO WOULD HAVE GUESSED @ExplodingLemur) that is missing some features that me, and several redditers want it to have.

It’s been a good day.
