id absolutely be lying if i didnt say that learning to run, particularly as a larger person, sometimes feels like absolute dog shit
i know i keep tiresomely talking about it but i really do like the couch to 5k app from fitness22. you can redo workouts if they feel too hard and it gives you structure an audio coach badges cute share-my-workout options &c. and a goal (5k in a few months)!
im also glad my goal very much isnt to lose weight but just get stronger - takes off a lot of pressure and self loathing and makes it more enjoyable even the hard bits #healthatanysize
