Peer reviewed journals are a dated concept laced w/ bias & often published years after the work is done. I still submit for peer review b/c I acknowledge that our current reward system in #academia is based on it. That said, it's time to innovate. It's a broken system; I pay to: research & write, (in time) to review, publish, & read. We need #innovation like @BlockchainPeer
