About the Liquidity issue, by
"Due to extreme demand for mainnet FTM tokens, the bridges are empty. It will take a few more days for us to replenish it since we can't create tokens out of thin air (FTM supply is fixed). We are undelegating some tokens to provide FTM liquidity.
Usually market dynamics take care of these things, but this is a complex system so may take a while to catch up.
There are hundreds of people stuck in this situation. Unfortunately we couldn't foresee such a massive demand, but we're working on it as explained above.
