Deancas- a ship name for Dean and Cas; most commonly used in the Twitter fandom; for some this may still refer to the platonic friendship name; however it’s mostly widely used as a romantic ship name
Destiel- a ship name for Dean and Cas; originated on tumblr in the late 2000s after Castiel’s introduction onto the show.
Note:
There is no difference between deancas and destiel. Deancas was switched to recently and tends to be preferred by newer fans. Deancas simply represents a change in ship name style accepted by fandom Twitter in recent years.

Deancas was first used because of the negative connotation of destiel with queerbaiting, extreme and fetishized mlm shipping, and attacks by anti-destiel sides of the fandom. This includes name calling like destihell, destiew, destilence, etc
People tend to have different connotations for deancas and destiel. However, effectively they are the same.
Samcas- ship name for Sam and Castiel; alternative include: Samstiel, Sassy, and Sastiel
Wincest- ship name for Sam/Dean
Samdean- originally the platonic friendship name for Sam and Dean but has since begun to be used by Wincesties; not all people who use this term ship wincest
Team free will- platonic grouping of Sam, Dean, and Castiel
Team free will 2.0- platonic/familial grouping of Sam, Dean, Castiel, and Jack
Team free love- the polyamorous grouping of Sam, Dean, Castiel, and Gabriel
Angelcest- term that describe relationships between angels
