I respect that Marcus Lemonis puts so much money into NASCAR. But if someone turns down your offer because it’s not enough, it’s not a them problem. You’re the one who offered less than they asked.

There are other drivers. Don’t dwell on it and don’t call them unprofessional.
Anyway! I hope the teams and drivers getting these offers continue to benefit. That’s great.

But it’s also fine to pass if you believe that’s right for you, and you shouldn’t be shamed for it. That kind of attitude is indicative of bigger worker-management issues in our culture.
