Laziness is a problem almost all of human beings have to deal with.

Every human being feels lazy time to time and it's a terrible behavior.

Laziness puts away your chances of achieving what you want and Laziness makes you waste the most luxurious thing in the world, Time.
Funny enough, many people have no clue what causes them to be lazy.

Since they have no clue about what causes the problem, they also have to idea how to solve the problem of laziness.

This thread will cover the main causes of Laziness and how to defeat Laziness.
1. Lack of motivation

You can never achieve anything in life without proper motivation.

Lack of motivation is biggest cause of laziness.

You are unwilling to do any work because you have no motivation for doing any work.

Do what you are supposed to do when you are supposed to do.

Don't put off things/tasks for later, just do them.
2. Have Proper Vision & Goals

Know what you are supposed to do and at what time.

Create targets that fire you up to get to work.

Create a plan to follow. Goals without plans are just wishes
3. Break down your big goals into small goals

Break your big goals into small bits and parts. When you are done with this small parts, you will realize how motivated you will become.
4. Get motivation

Motivation will automatically kick in when you have a plan, a goal and a vision.

You will become more motivated when you feel a sense of accomplishment.

A sense of accomplishment comes with taking action.
5. Just do it

Whenever you feel Laziness, Procrastination knocking, always remember this phrase.
"Just Do It"

Do what you are supposed to be doing.
