Here is a run down of anti-trans bills that have passed and those still in play:

Arkansas: Passed two anti-trans sports bills (TWO!), ban on trans health care for minors, bill allowing health providers to deny care based on religious objections.

Mississippi: sports ban

Tennessee: sports ban, governor has bill requiring businesses to post if they allow trans people to use restroom.

Florida: sports ban

Montana: sports ban, birth certificate ban.

West Virginia: sports ban

South Dakota: sports restrictions via Executive Orders

Alabama: passed sports ban, felony ban on health care (SB10) still alive could voted through on 5/17.

Texas: still has sports ban (SB29) alive in House and criminal health bans alive in House.

In 2021: so far 8 new states have banned trans kids in sports, 1 has banned health care, multiple have enacted other restrictions.

We still have live fights in TX, WI, MO, AL.

These gratuitous attacks will have consequences for generations. This is a moment for action and support. Find local trans orgs to donate to, keep contacting lawmakers and stay tuned for many new cases filed.
