The core issue is, there are too many vested interest groups ready to lynch Modi-Shah/Central Govt/BJP/RSS with help of vested interest global media groups (so called reputed groups like BBC/WP/NYT)
1. Unity of opposing vote banks (99% Ms + significant % Cs) is verry strong

Now see the fun, except 1st in above list, all other categories have hindus as clear majority but treat current govt as enemy for own selfish/petty/illegal reasons which dirt was sown & nurtured by earlier regime leading to country turning into bonsai

All they need to decide :
