Reasons why the working class are abandoning Labour:

Taking votes for granted.
A moral and intellectual arrogance that they know better.
Calling people far-right for their concerns about immigration, when immigration effects working class areas more than elsewhere. (1of4)
Wokisms and Americanisms.
Personal attacks on twitter by MPs.
Anti-British rhetoric.
Attacks on the UKs history, and being forced to feel guilty about it.
Siding with the EU and other foreign bodies over the UK.
Using the NHS as a weapon, and speaking as if they own it. (2of4)
Concentrating on the Westminster bubble rather than whats happening in their constituencies.
Extreme left and Marxism ideologies.
Pushing ideas like critical race theory, and unconscious bias training.
Supporting divisive and destructive groups.
(3of4)
Weak on crime by seeming to support perpetrators of crime rather than victims of crime.
Lack of a positive vision for the country, rather than talking it down constantly.

These are the most common reasons I hear from ex-labour voters. Feel free to add your reasons.
