I've seen some great L1 coaches & some not so great UEFA A or B licence coaches.

The truth is the extra knowledge is great but it's value is diminished if you can't create a positive environment, if you haven't got the people skills to connect with & inspire players to improve.
Coaching badges are great things to have but the human part of coaching is also massive.

I'm lucky enough to work in an environment where I see the positive side, I learn from coaches who have a positive impact but in the past I've seen coaches who've had the opposite effect.
