Icons my account was restricted yesterday so I could not air my thoughts. I saw some tweet concerning Apple Music yesterday and Mehn honestly we should not be airing thoughts like that it will cause apathy against the app
A THREAD

1. We should understand the kind of country we are in, In the US No 1 music is not determined by just one streaming app. They have a registered sales and certification company called RIAA that tracks all streams and sales to give certification for the best selling songs

2. There is a registered company called BillBoard that curates stream from Recognised streaming platforms, radioplays, television plays and shazamed songs That is how BILLBOARD HOT 100 AND BILLBOARD 200 is the determinant for biggest songs and albums at the said moments.

The only company in NIgeria trying to do what bill board does is @TurntableCharts but they don't have Enough credibility yet for music lovers to accept their chart yet, Billboard has built reputation since the 60s.

3. Since we don't have the luxury of a bill board the next most credible chart is Apple Music, iTunes ,Deezer and I think Boomplay chart make sense .... I'm not gonna lie I trust Audiomack for their streams but that their charts and Spotify does only international Charts

So on Apple Music we might not get No 1 but striving to get to No 1 will keep us on that chart for Long but the moment we start saying Apple music don't determine the No 1 muisc, trust me we are going to go down down that chart.

As Stan's let focus on the top apps like apple music, ITUNES and Deezer whose local chart are extremely credible... Trust me if we are still visible on this charts it will reflect on other streaming site... After a month of release we can start "statpadding"

If you have the luxury of using all streaming app good for you but if your time is always limited pls let use the those top Streaming app atleast for a month .... I'm not posting this thread for trolls validation but for the best interest of the Album
