Off the ball they tend crowd the midfield thereby not allowing the opposition to build through the middle. High press will be there in the first line and in midfield which helps in not allowing opposition teams a healthy possession.

MidfieldGokulam had one of the most balance which functioned like a well oiled machine in the later part of the season. They had an explosive AM in Emil Benny a ball winner in Mayakkannan and a deep lying playmaker in Sharif Mukhmad. Excellent readers of the game.
