I mean, I understand that there are a ton of challenges making the labor force sticky right now.

But that's precisely the point. If you're the kind of manager who blames the lost business of a pandemic on workers being lazy, you're not the sort of person fit to employ anyone.
At this point you have no excuse. This month's jobs report wasn't great, but you know what sectors *did* see a big increase? Foodservice and hospitality.

So if people aren't willing to work at your wage, that's a you problem, not an everyone else is lazy problem.
