12. to give your body what it really needs and deserves
13. to have stronger nails
14. to have thicker hair
15. to go to parties and enjoy yourself
16. to go out drinking with friends (if you’re of age)
17. to not be so obsessed over numbers
18. eat what you want, not what’s allowed in your calorie limit
19. to go to the beach and enjoy your time!!
20. exercise will be actually fun, and not a punishment
remember, food is a basic necessity and without it you won’t get very far. it’s like breathing, you need to survive and shouldn’t feel guilty for doing it. i love you guys sm stay safe!!
