Who can anticipate demand, import concentrators, and make it available to the general public adding their own margin. Or else you have NO concentrators. Coz the govt couldn't anticipate this demand.

When you buy off items from the shelves, mopping up existing supply in bulk to create scarcity to jack up prices. (Remdeivir etc) That's criminal. But when there are no concentrators made in India to buy off from shelves. It's a supply problem & the one imports is creating supply
