Who can anticipate demand, import concentrators, and make it available to the general public adding their own margin. Or else you have NO concentrators. Coz the govt couldn& #39;t anticipate this demand.

When you buy off items from the shelves, mopping up existing supply in bulk to create scarcity to jack up prices. (Remdeivir etc) That& #39;s criminal. But when there are no concentrators made in India to buy off from shelves. It& #39;s a supply problem & the one imports is creating supply
