Four of these five men currently lead the four provinces with the highest COVID-19 case rates. The fifth stepped down as the leader of his party and was replaced by a man who is currently polling behind him.
To be fair to the point of pedantic, Nunavut (which is not a province) currently has a higher case rate than Manitoba or Saskatchewan.

And for what it’s worth, Nunavut has a consensus government led by an independent Premier.
It should also be noted that Nunavut’s high case rate is reflective of less than a hundred active cases in a territory with roughly the population of Bowmanville.
