5 things you can do in early morning, to feel good the entire day👇

Rule: no mobile phone allowed meanwhile, will explain why
1. Make a cup of coffee/tea for yourself:

It's a best thing to start your day, grab a coffee/tea and sit in the nicest spot of your house.

Pick your poison and enjoy.
2. Exercise, even if for 5 minutes:

This is to keep you and your mind in shape. If you can go more, that's good, but exercising till you reach little exhaustion is fare enough.

For starters, you can begin with few pushups or squats.
3. Read a chapter for your favorite book:

Pick any hard book you have, might be the one you're procrastinating on.
One chapter makes sure you get over the guilt of not finishing it.

A book on meditation, psychology, business would be best.
Get amazed as first thing in the day.
4. Get yourself some fresh air:

This is most important, whatever you do try doing at some place where you can get some fresh air.

You can goto your roof or your balcony, but not outside.

It will help you get over the feeling of not being able to go out, especially extroverts.
5. Treat yourself with some food:

You are amazing, you deserve a nice breakfast. Might be your own cooking or something easy to cook.

Try different things in start, then pick what you like most.

You can try Muesli/Oats with milk, Pasta boiled in Soup, Salted Soyabean, Sprouts.
Reason behind not using phone meanwhile:

Looking at phone as first thing, affects your brain and subconscious as you aren't fully awake yet.

That messenger might be a messenger of sadness as well, so let it wait abit.

Let your mind settle first, wait atleast 15-30 mins.
Bonus:

If you make a cup of coffee/tea with whom you live (could be parents), it will make you feel even better.

You can listen to podcasts in place of the book, without headphones if possible.

When you pick up your phone, watch few funny videos.
You deserve to smile :)
Also:

You can start with one, you're not supposed to do all at first try. That would be an overkill.
