introducing dionysic, an informative thread on the sexuality i created!!
what is it?

being dionysic (p. dionysics) is described as the act of being trans or nonbinary and being primarily (or exclusively) attracted to other trans and nonbinary people of any gender, gender alignment, or gender expression!
a dionysic person may feel a stronger emotional and sexual connection to other trans and nonbinary people as opposed to cis people. a dionysic person may also be sexually repulsed by cis people.
being dionysic differs from being bisexual or pansexual because not only is this sexuality exclusive to trans/nb people, most definitions of being bisexual or pansexual include cis people by default. this sexuality should not be regarded as a preference.
who can use it?

this sexuality is exclusive to trans/nonbinary people and can be used by people who are anything! this sexuality can be used in conjunction with other terms such as sapphic, achillean, and nblnb !
why not just say t4t?

in some definitions t4t can simply describe a preference for other trans/nb people rather than being ONLY attracted to other trans/nb people. people who are dionysic are t4t but not all t4t are dionysic!
why make a new sexuality?

why not? i dont care! there are very many trans/nb who may feel dionysic but probably didn't have a term or word for it other than t4t which might not have properly encompassed their entire sexuality, such as myself!
what does the name mean?

the name dionysic is derivative of the name of the greek deity dionysus, known for being the god of wine and partying, as well as being genderqueer!
what do the colors mean?

the dark brown is representative of justice! it also stands for the importance of black and brown trans/nb people in the lgbtq rights movement! inclusivity, and diversity of transhood.
pink is representative of willpower, the attraction to trans women, and the importance of trans womanhood!
orange is representative of passion, the attraction to fem-aligned nonbinary people and transfemmes, as well as the importance of the divine femininity!
yellow is representative of creation, the attraction to non-aligned nonbinary people, the importance of nonbinaryhood, and gender queerness!
white is representative of trans solidarity, equity, love, and the importance of higher self!
sky blue is representative of emotion, the attraction to masc-aligned nonbinary people and transmascs, as well as the importance of divine masculinity!
dark blue is representative of intuition, the attraction to trans men, and the importance of trans manhood!
this is pretty much it!! if you have any more questions let me know and i'll add the answers to this thread!
