1/ Binance blocks withdrawal #Fantom $FTM to #FantomOpera mainnet, however, I need my fund to do some trade. So I have to be creative and learn from others.

2/ Here are the steps someone taught me:
1. Transfer the funds you want to move into USDC.
2. Withdraw the USDC to your ERC-20 (Ethereum Network) MetaMask.
3. Visit https://multichain.xyz/  and transfer the ERC-20 USDC to the Opera Mainnet.
4. Swap the USDC into FTM using any #DEX

3/ Step 1 and 2 were smooth. I paid $15 to Binance and USDC is in my MetaMask, yeh!!

Now it is the time to http://multichain.xyz  to bridge my USDC(ETH) to USDC(FTM), with no fee!!

Wait...wait...I NEED SOME GAS (~$17) IN ETH!! And I have none...

4/ Now how about swap some ETH using #Sushiswap ? Familiar UI, let's do some swap... Wait still I can't! Because I have no ETH for paying neither the approval gas nor the swap gas... (~$20 each apparently)

5/ Again how about being creative and bridge some ETH from FTM to ETH using http://multichain.xyz ?

Yes! I am a genius!!

Then I found one can only bridge ETH *from* ETH to other chains, but not the other way around...

6/ At this stage I was pretty frustrated, and started pinning my semi-crypto friends for borrowing ETH...

And I posted a message in the discord of @hyper_swap asking for help...

7/ Someone in discord helped me. He said he was in my situation and would not see me down. He sent me some ETH, I send him some FTM.

I just want to say: a million thanks sir!!

8/ After that things were smooth. Went to http://multichain.xyz  again, selected USDC, paid gas, swap, waiiiiiiiiiiit...

And USDC arrived in my FTM address.

9/9 This is a pretty dramatic process, two conclusions:

1. I am so spoiled as a #Fantom $FTM user since the very beginning and never used ETH. "Gas fee, tx time, what are those?"
2. Things could have been much easier. If @cz_binance could open up #Fantom withdrawal.
