Well my mother fell in love with WALTER. It sold to @FeiwelFriends (comes out in 2022) & my mom has mentioned this book fairly regularly since. "When is that book about the house coming out?" When can I buy that house book?" "I love that house story." 2/3

I was at my parents' this morning & again, my mom asked. And this time I was able to show her the cover (soon to be revealed!) & interiors, & was she happy! Though she's not happy that she has to wait a year for her own copy. She has, though, guaranteed Chelsea some sales. 3/3
