Today I will be in the Idea Lab Gallery at UT to view the new artwork by Austin-based Artist Adrian Armstrong. Stay updated about this event through this the thread!

SO far, the event has been great ! There was a brief slide show to about the artist and his reasonings for getting into art. He was so excited to show off his new pieces of art work!

Adrian Armstrong tells stories with his paintings about the African American experience and identity. It feels great to see this artist bring my culture to life!

This experience even has interactive art pieces ! Unfortunately due to privacy for the artist I can’t take any photos, but this is awesome ! It’s still time to come to the event !

We have now taken a break and getting some light refreshments and socialize to unpack what the exhibition has shown so far ! It’s so many talents here!
