Gonna be up front about this.

My mental health hasn’t been great during the last 4 months. Probably been more emotional & sensitive than normal.

This obviously comes through on this platform - which has been a real support for me in many ways.
I love talking about some Chelsea and there are some top people on here I hugely respect and have my back.

When low moods strike it’s easier to be negative, but I also don’t want to be all negativity here.

This space is valuable for me, but probably need some balance.
I have a couple of mental health conditions which aren’t yet fully diagnosed or medicated as yet, which obviously can impact someone.

You never know what’s going on with your someone, so always watch out for their mental health and don’t act out of stigma.
Also take care of your own mental health, please do what you need to do, talk to someone or get professional help.

Football isn’t more important than your mental health.

Just sharing this so if you’re struggling you know you’re not alone.
Also want to thank @MaccaSport for (probably unknowingly) pointing this out, and being such a support.

Also @siphillipssport, @CarefreeYouth @AurileusFC @LumpOfCFC @Carefree_Jam and others who are all so supportive.

This can be a great place if we make it one.
